• Any item maybe collected (subject to current Covid-19 regulations see below) from our depot WS13 6EE
• Collection can only be made once items are paid for on PayPal or by Cash. If you want to pay by Cards we will take payment upon collection.
• Pictures of the items and its condition will be taken as an acknowledgement of its condition at the time of collection.

We ask you not to collect an item from our depot if you have any of symptoms as per Government website. We expect everyone to wear a mask at collection/delivery.

All items have been cleaned, as much as possible, before collection/postage/ delivery and we are protected as we wrap. However we would recommend leaving items aside for a few hours, outside, before touching again to be mindful of any contamination.

If you are collecting orders, please keep 2m away from us on arrival; preferably wear a mask and gloves to protect

• Delivery will be made when items are paid for including delivery costs either by PayPal or if necessary by card (on our machine) before delivery
• Area covered listed below, email us and we can give you a time and confirm price of delivery. If you live outside the area we may be able to help, however do consider collection.
• If there are any special instructions for delivery e.g. leave with neighbour/ or in the porch, please send details immediately after purchase.
• When delivering we ask you to please keep 2m apart and preferably could you wear a mask. We will be wearing appropriate protection.
• If nobody is in the house to accept items, sorry, there will be an additional charge for a second delivery
